Taiwan's Citizen Judge System Accused of Wasting Public Funds

Civic groups in Taiwan have accused the country's new system of citizen judges of wasting public funds. The Judicial Yuan said the citizen judges would take on 300 cases per year, but it only took on slightly over 100 cases.
