In this context, the Mexican president, López Obrador, said that during his administration 202 universities were built in popular areas of the country. “202 Benito Juárez welfare universities have been created in the poorest and most marginalized areas of the country; where 56 thousand 464 students are studying on scholarships; 7 thousand 755 students have graduated from these universities, of which 3 thousand 299 have already graduated”.
