START ON THE SIDE OF THE LADDER AND JUMP ON TWO FEET SIDEWAYS INTO SQUARE OF THE LADDER, AND THEN BACK OUT OF THE LADDER AND ONTO THE SIDE
2 - RIGHT FOOT HORIZONTAL HOPS
START ON THE SIDE OF THE LADDER AND JUMP ON YOUR RIGHT FOOT FEET SIDEWAYS INTO THE SQUARE OF THE LADDER,AND THEN BACK OUT OF LADDER AND ONTO THE SIDE
3 - LEFT FOOT HORIZONTAL HOPS
4 - TWO FOOT IN OUTS FORWARDS
START WITH BOTH FEET IN THE LADDER FACING FORWARD. JUMP OUTWARDS WITH BOTH FEET AWAY FROM EACH OTHER SO THEY LAND ON EITHER SIDE OF THE LADDER. RETURN BOTH FEET BACK TO THE MIDDLE OF THE LADDER IN THE NEXT SQUARE IN FRONT OF YOU
