This is the amusing moment a wheelbarrow fail left a man covered in mud.
John Durka, 38, hired a skip for a "big sort out" with his partner and popped it outside their home of five years.
But the plank he placed to wheel the barrow up to the top of the skip was slippery - so when he pushed it, the bucket flipped up, covering him in waste.
The father-of-two from London said: "We were having a clear out of our loft to make some space and hired a skip to dispose of our waste.
"I had a great idea - to use a scaffold board from the garden as a ramp, thinking I could run the wheel barrow up into the skip to empty it.
"However it was covered in moss.
"I didn't realise how slippery it was until the time was too late!"
John, who works as an electrician, said his partner was worried about him after the fall.
He added: "A lot of my friends said they would have p***** themselves and asked how was she not laughing!"
The footage was filmed on 31 March this year.
