Lasagna is a hot favourite at every party, but today I have made a NO PASTA Lasanga.
It is a delicious dish, a lot healthier, filling & perfect to be served at your next get together
Ingredients -
3 Potatoes - Thinly Sliced
For Filling -
1 tbsp Butter
1 Onion, chopped
Handful of Spinach
2 big bowls of veggies - I used beans, green peas, carrots, baby corn, corn & bell peppers) you can add zucchini to this & even broccoli
2 tbsp Maida
1 cup Milk
2 cubes of Cheese
Some salt, pepper & chilli flakes
Herbs of your choice - I used parsley

For topping -
I mixed cheese with a little milk & spread it on top before baking
Bake at 200 degrees C for about 15 to 18 mins

- Sauté the onion & veggies well before adding flour to it
- Once you add flour, mix it so that it is uniform & has no big clumps
- Continously mix once you add milk so it starts to thicken
