Animal rights groups are calling for a ban on traps used to hunt wild boars. They say these are dangerous for animals like the Formosan black bear, several of which have accidentally become snared in traps in the past few years. However, government officials say they want to hear the perspectives of indigenous people who hunt wild boars.
