Mutton Bhindi / Okra:
Oil 150 ml or 1 Cup
Onion / Pyaaz ( Thin Sliced ) 3 Medium
Cook Until Golden Brown
Ginger Garlic / Adrak Lehsan Paste 2 tbsp
Saute With Some Water For 1 Minute
Tomato ( Make A Paste ) 3 Medium

Mutton Meat 750 gm
Red Chilli / Lal Mirch Powder 1 tbsp
Coriander / Dhanya Powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric / Haldi Powder 1/2 tsp
Saute For 3 to 4 Minutes
Add Tomato Paste
Pink Salt / Namak 1 tbsp or To Taste
Yogurt / Dahi 120 gm or 1/2 Cup
Water 1 Cup
Cover The Lid Cook On Low Flame For 30 Minutes
Okra / Bhindi 300 gm

Add Okra / Bhindi When Mutton 90% Done
Saute For 2 Minutes On High Flame
Water 1/2 Cup or As You Required
Cover The Lid Cook On Low Flame For 10 Minutes

Hot Spices / Garam Masala 1 tsp
Green Chilli / Hari Mirch 5 to 6
Green Coriander / Hara Dhanya 1/2 Cup
Mutton Bhindi / Okra Ready To Serve
