Luke went to his girlfriend’s family dinner with the intention to propose. Surrounded by her parents, he stood on one knee and opened the ring box. Yet, instead of an engagement jewel, there was a tiny note. Luke explained that he didn’t yet have the money for the ring of Candy’s dreams. But she didn’t care. And as she was about to say yes, her father intervened.
