Alor Gajah district police chief Superintendent Ashari Abu Samah told reporters on Monday (Aug 19) that the remains of murder victim Istiqomah Ahmad Rozi were claimed by her family at the Melaka Hospital mortuary for burial in her hometown in Pasir Mas, Kelantan.
He said the process went smoothly and doctors took time to explain the situation to family members as the body parts were still incomplete.
