Her centerfold was photographed by David Sutton and Ed DeLong. Other men's magazines she posed for included Focus, Brief, Bachelor, and Sir Knight. Todd was eventually spotted by a talent scout at 20th Century Fox. She starred in a handful of low-budget, humorous drive-in films, including The Unearthly and Frankenstein's Daughter. Sally Todd died in France on November 21, 2022, at the age of 88.
