Over the course of sixteen months between June 2014 - September 2015 in Barking, East London, Stephen Port drugged, raped and murdered four young, gay men. Described by a neighbour as having a “child-like persona”, what lay behind a shy, introverted personality was a dark, calculated serial killer. But could he have been stopped sooner?
