Atty. Kapunan to Senator Padilla: Husband and wife are obliged to mutually respect each other

Ipinaliwanag ni Atty. Lorna Kapunan sa pagdinig ng Senate Committee on Public Information and Mass Media kay Senator Robin Padilla ang revised Family Code, kung saan isinasaad na "husband and wife are obliged to mutually respect each other."
