Taylor Swift concert plotter had sworn allegiance to Islamic State

Austrian police have seized bomb-making materials from the home of the man behind the foiled plot to attack Taylor Swift concerts in Vienna and says one of the men arrested confessed to planning to 'kill as many people as possible'.
