This is Toffee. People found her entangled in fishing nets. No one knew how long had she been there. She had horrific wounds on her neck. She was so exhausted and dehydrated. No one could afford her treatment so they decided to bring her to the clinic for being euthanized. Huge thanks to the amazing vets that they didn't decided to euthanize her.
