Boaters rescued off Florida coast during Tropical Storm Debby

Two boaters were stranded 73 miles off the coast of Boca Grande, Florida, on Aug. 4, during Tropical Storm Debby. They were airlifted back to safety via a helicopter rescue by the Coast Guard.
