Video captured on July 26 in Shenyang, China shows hundreds of fish flying out of the water as steady rain pours down.
It is unclear what caused the phenomenon but Wang Tianshi, who captured the video, said he was "thrilled" to witness the "once-in-a-lifetime spectacle."
