2024-08-01 689

Researchers found that many of the analyzed cocoa products contained lead and cadmium levels that exceeded maximum allowable limits. No products exceeded the arsenic level. More research is needed on safe cadmium levels. Pregnant women, babies, and children are more vulnerable to metal toxicity due to development.
