North Korean leader Kim inspects flooded area on rubber boat

Images released by North Korean state media on July 31 show the country's leader Kim Jong Un riding in a rubber boat and inspecting the flooding caused by record-breaking rains in the city of Sinuiju in North Pyongan Province.
