Typhoon Gaemi Blamed For Southeastern Taiwan Fish Die-Off

Environmental officials in southeastern Taiwan say Typhoon Gaemi is to blame for a recent fish die-off in nearby rivers. They say the sudden increase, then recession of water stranded many fish on the area's riverbanks.
