It was not the splash he was hoping for as T&T swimmer Dylan Carter missed out on the semifinals of the 100m freestyle at the Paris Olympics after finishing eighth in his Heat earlier on Tuesday
The result meant that Carter would finish 34th overall, missing out on the automatic qualification allotted to the top 16.
