Convicted Hsinchu Mayor Won't Be Paid During Her Suspension: Ministry

The interior ministry says the disgraced mayor of Hsinchu, Kao Hung-an, will not receive half-pay during her suspension. Kao has been sentenced to more than seven years in prison for embezzlement.
