Usman has shared footage of an emergency service crew rescuing a homeless man during intense flooding.
"This homeless man, who was living near the river, got stuck during the flooding," Usman commented. "There was no way to help him, so a rescue helicopter came and got him out of the flood and moved him to the hospital."
The filmer added that once the rescue staff got the man out of harm's way, the compassionate people of the neighborhood began discussing ways to help him since he lost everything in the disaster.
