The US Justice Department has arrested two leaders of the 'Sinaloa' drug cartel in Texas. Ismael Zambada, nicknamed 'El Mayo', ran the powerful Mexican cartel for decades alongside its notorious leader Joaquin 'El Chapo' Guzman. The US government had offered a 22-million-dollar reward for his arrest. Guzman's son, Joaquín Guzmán López, has also been taken into custody. They will face charges related to running a criminal network and manufacturing and trafficking fentanyl in the US.
