All tropical cyclone wind signals have been lifted as typhoon “Carina” (international name: Gaemi) weakened and moved farther away from the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its bulletin at 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 25.
Carina left the Philippine area of responsibility on Thursday morning and was last located 550 kilometers north-northwest of Itbayat, Batanes.
