The Director of Public Affairs at the Caribbean Union Conference of Seventh Day Adventists, Pastor Clive Dottin says criminals are no longer picking up idle young men on the street to join their gangs.
He says what they are doing now is 'skillfully and tactfully recruiting young men at schools and across the region".
