'Mortal Kombat' studio suffered layoffs and announced closure of 'Mortal Kombat: Onslaught'

As the gaming industry continues to financially struggle, NetherRealm is said to have laid off their entire mobile division and announced 'Mortal Kombat: Onslaught' will be shutting down in October 2024.
