"Refinery Gate." That's the term being used by the Oilfields Workers Trade Union in describing the process for getting a new owner for the mothballed Petrotrin Refinery.
The OWTU is concerned that there is favouritism in that process and that its company, Patriotic Energies will be sidelined.
