An entrepreneur on the run from the cops after a paintball fight falls on his head and wakes up thinking he's Santa. A mall elf knowing he's rich leads him along to believe hes Santa in the hopes of robbing him. At the mall he learns of an orphanage in danger of foreclosure and decides to help.
