Premier Cho Jung-tai has responded to comments by U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump in a Bloomberg interview, where he said Taiwan should pay the U.S. for defense. Cho said relations with Washington are "rock solid" but also said Taiwan is able to defend itself.
