"13.13" was the second solo album by American goth-post-punk singer, poet, writer and actress Lydia Lunch (born Lydia Anne Koch) from Rochester, New York. During her younger age she was part of no-wave band Teenage Jesus and the Jerks, as well as of two other short lived bands Beirut Slump and 8 Eyed Spy. "13-13" was co-written and played along with the members of first wave Los Angeles punk band the Weirdos. Sinister guitar tunings, hypnotic sounds, darkness, the album is far less experimental than most of her other works, favoring the cold-hard regimen of blackened punk rock. The Siamese Queen Priestess of Anti-sound descends from her chaotic throne and gives us a more accessible product.
