Imli allubokhare ka sharbat

Samagri:
- 1 cup imli ka pulp (tamarind pulp)
- 1/2 cup allubokhara ka pulp (plum pulp)
- 1/2 cup aam ka pulp (mango pulp)
- 1/2 cup chini (sugar)
- 1/2 teaspoon kala namak (black salt)
- 1/2 teaspoon bhuna jeera powder (roasted cumin powder)
- Thanda paani (cold water)
- Baraf ke tukde (ice cubes)
- Kuchh pudine ke patte (mint leaves) - garnish ke liye

Vidhi:
1. Ek bartan mein imli ka pulp, allubokhara ka pulp aur aam ka pulp milayein.
2. Chini, kala namak aur bhuna jeera powder daal kar acche se milayein.
3. Thanda paani daal kar ache se mix karein, jisse sharbat patla ho jaye.
4. Baraf ke tukde daal kar thanda kar lein.
5. Glass mein sharbat daalein aur upar se kuchh pudine ke patte rakh kar sajayein.
6. Thanda-thanda, cool-cool sharbat ka maza lein!
