During the press appearance, Biden, 81, made a series of gaffes, including confusing the names of Vice President Kamala Harris and his Republican adversary Donald Trump.
Responding to a question, the president said, “Look, I wouldn’t have picked Vice President Trump to be vice president if she was not qualified to be president. So start there.”
This took place hours after he mistakenly referred to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as “President Putin.”
