Nationwide Search for Daylight Killer of Tainan Council Member's Father

Police are conducting a nationwide search for a man caught on CCTV shooting the chair of Tainan City Fisherman’s Association. The killing has also prompted Taiwan's premier to announce a crackdown on organized crime across the country.
