A few weeks ago the U-S State Department upgraded Trinidad and Tobago to Tier Two.
Today Minister of National Security Fitzgerlad Hinds handed over the Trafficking In Persons report on this country to The United Nations Development Programme and vowed to get this country to Tier One status.
