Automated ammunition vending machines have been installed at some grocery stores in Oklahoma, allowing those over 21 to purchase ammunition. To make a purchase, customers select the ammunition on a tablet screen, scan their ID, and the machine scans their face to match it to their ID photo to prevent minors from purchasing. The company's CEO that produces the machines said they incorporate 92-point facial recognition, higher than what the TSA uses, to promote safety.
