France's festival frenzy: It's party time in Bayonne and La Rochelle

Summer time in France is synonymous with festivals of all sorts. Two such events are kicking off: Les Fêtes de Bayonne and Les Francofolies de la Rochelle. We explore some of the Basque city's traditions for this massive party, and how festivals have become a much-loved tradition across the country.
