Less than 24 hours after a missile struck a children’s hospital in Kyiv, Russia’s Defense Ministry said it intercepted drones in the skies above the Belgorod, Kursk Voronezh, Rostov, and Astrakhan regions. The Volgograd region also faced attacks.
