Russian President Vladimir Putin said Friday that Moscow supports a "complete and final end" to the Ukraine conflict rather than "some kind of ceasefire."
But Putin reiterated his demand that Ukrainian troops should withdraw from the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions at a press conference in Moscow after meeting Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
