Episode 12 of 13 of the 2nd and last series of the Australian kids TV series (titled Otto Rules, OK?). In this episode, Otto finds himself King of England after getting the opal and throws Diana, Mossop and Darlene in jail. Faced with this threat, Penelope and the genies find themselves in the unlikely coalition with Bubbles, who forms the Merry Chaps in Green group to try and overthrow Otto.
