The National Security Minister reveals that there is a draft National Security Inter-Agency Concept of Operations.
This, he says, is yet to be approved by the National Security Council.
Minister Hinds made the announcement in the Senate today after stating that the 70,000 rounds of ammunition missing from the Strategic Services Agency pose "a grave and a very serious threat" to the country.
