Carlos Alfredo Cárdenas Borja is a Peruvian lawyer and defender of constitutional processes and human rights. He has been proposed to receive the “Defensor del Pueblo del Perú” (Defender of the People of Peru) medal in 2008 and 2010, as well as the “Madre Teresa de Calcuta” medal in 2010 He is the Director Executive of the blog “El Todopoderoso”.
