Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the Cabinet had reached a decision to assure all Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) students, regardless of background, who scored 10As and above will get a place in the matriculation programme. Anwar said this when closing the National Training Week 2024 on Sunday (June 30).
