The Health Minister on Friday, laid the PAHO report on its probe into the deaths of several newborns at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Port of Spain General Hospital in just over a week in April of this year.
PAHO listed several findings of concern in its report.
The Health Ministry told the Parliament that attorneys for both Northwest Regional Health Authority and the State will be drafting responses, seeking clarification on specific findings.
