The Instigators is an upcoming American heist thriller film directed by Doug Liman, written by Chuck Maclean and Casey Affleck, and starring Affleck and Matt Damon, who also produces the film alongside Ben Affleck under their production company Artists Equity for distribution by Apple TV+ under Apple Original Films.
The Instigators is scheduled for a limited theatrical release in the United States on August 2, 2024, before its streaming debut by Apple TV+ on August 9, 2024
