South Korea, US warplanes carry out air drills
The United States and South Korea conduct joint air force military drills. South Korean KF-16 fighter jets and US AC-130J aircraft took part in the exercises and involved shooting missiles mid-flight.
The four-day joint training took place while Russian President Vladimir Putin was in North Korea on his first trip to the country in 24 years, during which he signed a mutual defense agreement with Kim Jong Un.
