Refractive Surgery

Myopia, also called shortsightedness, is type of refractive error in which there is problem for distant vision. Near vision remains good. For getting good vision, a person with myopia needs to wear minus glasses, or contact lenses, or undergo refractive surgery. But there are many people who do not like to wear glasses. The problem becomes more in childhood because myopia increases in childhood or in school age.
For them there is a good news. Atropine(0.01%) eye drop. If this drop is used daily at night, there may be less increase of minus power. Please note that,
after using this drop, myopia will not go away. Myopia will remain. But there may be less increase of minus power of spectacle.
