Venezuela: New fuel pumps installed as part of PDVSA's recovery plan

Venezuela's oil minister and president of PDVSA Pedro Rafael Tellechea, and president Nicolas Maduro, put into operation the new fuel pumps at the El Avila service station, as part of the recovery and revival plan of the country's main industry.
