Hyacinth gets Richard started filming with the videocamera he was awarded for his retirement and boasts to the neighbours that he is a film maker, which impresses Councillor Mrs Nugent, who is coming for afternoon tea. Then Onslow's car breaks down outside her house and Richard is brought home in a police car.
