The horror and chaos which unfolded at a Northern Territory bottle shop the night Declan Laverty died has been detailed during the first day of evidence in the murder trial of Keith Kerinauia. Among the witnesses, a security guard who attempted to save the victim's life as he lay bleeding on the floor, and a customer who hid inside the cool room as the altercation unfolded just a few metres away.
