Some remote Northern Territory communities have been barred from legally accessing takeaway alcohol for up to half a century. But that could soon change, with the NT government announcing its roadmap for the rollout of alcohol management plans across the Territory. It's a move some Indigenous leaders fear will only open the floodgates to further addiction.
